I believe it is possible for ordinary people to achieve extraordinary things. For me, the difference between an “ordinary” and an “extraordinary” person is not the title that person might have, but what they do to make the world a better place for us all.

I just finished the Ken Blanchard book, [1995] Raving Fan. It was amazing. It is a simplistic presentation of what it takes to succeed in todays business world.
Primarily, these actions center around these three elements:
1) know what you want to provide
2) learn what your customers want
3) provide it ‘plus one’
